Job Title: Contracts Manager

SUMMARY OF ROLE
As Contracts Manager, your aim is to ensure that we provide a market leading customer experience, and to lead our teams to deliver safe, quality, and profitable contracts on time. You will act as a senior operational manager and will:
You will take responsibility for multiple projects as well as also being involved in the pre-construction stages of projects as well as post construction issues that may arise after Practical Completion.
The Contracts Manager has overall responsibility for the co-ordination, management, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed profitably, safely, on time and to an acceptable standard whilst maintaining and promoting strong client relationships.
You will ensure the most effective and efficient utilisation of people and resources required for the duration of the project.
You will report to the Construction Director.
